Gochujang Salmon

Easy quick weeknight salmon made with a yummy Gochujang sauce glaze. Serve on a bed of rice with vegetables.

Ingredients
Sauce:
- 1 Tbsp Gochujang sauce
 - ½ Tsp lemon juice
 
Other Ingredients:
- 2 (6 oz) salmon fillets (skinless)
 - Olive oil
 - Garlic salt or salt and pepper
 
Directions
- Prepare the sauce by combining Gochujang sauce and lemon juice.
 - Pat dry salmon fillets, then coat with olive oil and season with garlic salt or salt and pepper on both sides.
 - Cook salmon in Air Fryer at 350°F for 8 minutes.
 - Flip salmon, spread prepared sauce on top, and cook at 450°F for 3 minutes.
